The Seminole Gaming
Palace in Tampa, Florida has hundreds of video gaming machines paying
huge hackpots, stud poker, Texas hold'em, and high stakes Bingo.
Hollywood Seminole Bingo
was the first high stakes operation in the country opening on december
14, 1979 at 5:00pm. After court challenges by the State of Florida
and later in California the path was cleared for gaming on Indian
reservations.
The Brighton Seminole Bingo and Gaming Casino is open six (6)
days a week. High Stakes Bingo pays out over $8,000 nightly on regular games, plus there are special games
that have paid out single jackpots over $40,000!
The Seminole Tribe's Coconut
Creek Casino is now open for business.
The casino, located at 5550 NW 40th Street in Coconut Creek,
offers pull-tab gaming machines, lightning bingo, match pair bingo
and poker. It is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

twenty first century, the Indigenous people of this hemisphere find
them selves still facing the same situations that their grand parents
